I wrote about all this in The Politics of The Solar Age ( Doubleday, 1981, 1988). citing Nobelist Frderick Soddy , who pointed all this out in his 1913 Cartesian Economics and later Nicholas Georgescu-Roegen, The Entropy Law and the Economic Process ( 1971) who was a friend of mine. I reviewed his book in the Harvard Business Revie win 1971. Herman Daly was his student.
We still need better ways to communicate so we don’t keep reinventing wheels.
