I obviously should have read that 2006 article first.

But you promised an “endnote on how my concept differs from both panoptical surveillance and ‘sousveillance’ .” I missed it, or at least it’s not explicit. And I don’t see it in the 2006 article, either. It’s been a source of some confusion and controversy.
