The P2P Foundation and Michel Bauwens were commissioned by the City of Ghent in the Flanders (northern Belgium), to map the fast growing urban commons and to see how public authorities could interact with them in a supportive way. The result was a Commons Transition Plan which outlined many proposals for public-commons cooperation, after input from the leading commoners of Ghent. This section features various articles before, during and after the project.
