As the United States will be forced by Putin to fire the first shots, drop the first bombs. Since the US invasion of Ukraine was only to provide such war incentives, having supplied them in spades in 2013, 2014, 2015, it is becoming antsy as no response from Russia has come out but saving the threatened, the damaged, the starving, the dying.
