Is it viable, or worth a try, to set up a co-operative between people who have not been exposed to or accepted co-operative values? I can see both sides:
1. doing things co-operatively will lead to people adopting co-operative values;
2. without co-operative values in place, a co-op will most likely fail.

We could usefully have a discussion about chickens and eggs, and bootstrapping 😉
