As a psychologist, I am fascinated by the possibilities that each individual has to step into the p2p world and what it takes for them to take that step. I know from watching the process that people love it when they do AND the professional groups in which they work come alive and get a huge amount done with very little money.
As an organizational psychologist, i think the organization of professional groups on a p2p basis has almost become trivial. What is interesting is the reorganization of the banks, Ford and co.
Theoretically, could we have insisted on reorganization around p2p principles in part- exchange for the 25bn just given to Ford and co.?
