Thanks for your suggestions. My article is more or less a “dump” of my accumulated general knowledge. I don’t know if I am up to the task of adequately researching the works of Emery, Weisbord, or others in order to fill in what I’m sure are many gaps in the material I covered.

If there are a few relevant articles you could point me to I would be happy to read them and at least to add them to the resources section.

That is structure always precedes organization, ergo organization always be leagued to a certain form of institutionalization. This leads to the final question: does CAS have a structure or they evolve freely in time? I think that if you attach to certain kind of institution you are not in a CAS world, you are in the traditional hierarchy fixed world.
