Large portions of the population can do some sort of light construction and home repair. It would be very interesting if a custom “option” is to have no customization build onto the chassis, so that the homeowners can do it themselves according to needs and desires as they arise in the life of the home. It would be a little old-fashioned, but very popular I think.
