The interaction is where real growth takes place. This can be in online forums where students exchange ideas centered on the lectures, or in classrooms where live teachers get discussions going and reinforce the online lectures. This is peer-to-peer learning! Expert insights are still valuable, and the better the delivery is the more learners will get from them, but we need to make the student an active learner.
