It relates to the vision of Threefolding, described by Nicanor Perlas in his book Shaping Globalization: Civil Society, Cultural Power, and Threefolding. To me it seems too that it is Civil Society that needs to grow up, to be able to be in a similar position as the powers of government and business. Too mnay are still in the growing-up phase, contesting to the ‘parents’ instead of looking for how to work together in a real new way.
