The GNU GPL uses Copyright to enforce Copyleft, and thereby creates a sort of synthetic commons.

We could, theoretically, use Property Rights to enforce a sort of ‘PropertyLeft’ – and so add private laws (constraints) to the use of that property so we can reach our goals in a microcosm.

Taking this approach might allow us to stop the Capitalists that intend to infiltrate (even from within) and capsize the operation.
