Whats interesting is that the market (say book publishers) and also many users in the bazaar project guru-ness onto the guide. In fact, some egos dont even want to listen until a guru is teaching… a protection mechanism but one that has challenged us

We have moved to think of it as sitting on a stool not a pedestal – so one can be seen more easily from the sitting cushion… but easy to rejoin the flat floor in an instant and let others take the stool…
