That’s why he constantly used the word “prepotent” and “under good conditions.” Just imagine the human species population as a collection of pyramids, each having a prepotent “state.” This could be called the “Bell State” of boundary penetration (a la protien osmotic pressure) and the boundary “upwards” to higher value manifestations is penetrated by guile.
