To me it seems that in this sense radical transparency is solving the classical agency theory problem of asymmetric information, by signaling to the client that you have nothing to hide you are no longer part of the black box and are thus able (given a good-quality product) to stand out from the competitors.
However, do you think that there are other purely organizational (not related to competition) benefits to radical transparency ?
