I deliberately used the phrase “as described here” because I wanted to inspire people with a specific vision of regionally-focussed platforms with multiple functions that attract cross-sectoral participation. Something that brings together ‘under one roof’ all of the great tools we now have available but specifically for local benefit. Hope that clarifies.

Might not be exactly “as described here”, but lots of similar map apps exist, as well as building blocks for development of new ones.
