The only question is now is how do we get from a 20th century that cannot be changed what humans do, but we do have the ability to change how we do it. good change never comes from the top it always comes from the foundation, but it does require 21st century thinking leadership to support the effort or someone with the skill to turn key that once turned . Change will come as the domino effect does take time but always assure the end result. When you are a part of change you get to understand it take a negative and a positive to create anything of value. By understand to much of a good thing always ends up with a bad thing and too much of a bad thing and always require thinking outside the box to use innovation and a lot of community effort to go address.
