Bioecon can be used as a tool to connect the different forms of solidarity economies on the globe. It is a project born in Argentina after the crisis hit there.
Bioecon is a peer to peer, growth sensitive, decentralized and self regulated economic agreement in which the means of exchange is produced by participants as a result of our activity.
Products, services, and projects for which we commonly use money can be accomplished using agreement-based resources leaving money, credit and debt outside the equation. Establish networks of trust in local and long distance environments.
Bioecon introduces a new module to support virtual collaboration with users located in any part of the world, allowing participants to post projects and invite and receive proposals.
There can be many participants for a same project, contributing in different ways, all interacting in a peer-to-peer basis, but sharing a common Workroom where they can exchange communications and files efficiently, provide each other feedback and request reports through the Bioecon system.

When you create your project you need to invite others to participate so that they can send their proposals for collaboration in such a way that together we start to populate an area with digital services offerings relevant to your project and open to other interested parties.

HOW TO CREATE YOUR ONLINE PROJECT AND INVITE OTHERS TO PARTICIPATE:
1) You will find the new module for ONLINE PROJECTS in the right column of your account.
2) To create a project you must select a category, add title and description and estimate the total points you think would be needed to complete the project, including all the tasks and required resources.
The total points you estimate for your project should not exceed the total points in your account. If the size of your project is higher than your points, you need to get active and build points alongside others are contribuiting to your project. Then, you can adjust the requirements according to your new points.
The program is designed so you can create projects based on your activity level in Bioecon. In Bioecon points are a record of activity, an accreditation that refers to your interaction with others in the community.
3) Once your project is created the system itself will guide you so that you can invite others to participate. You must send them an invitation to learn about your project and you will start receiving proposals from those who are interested.
4) Upon receiving such proposals you can start conversations and accept or reject the proposal as it is. In their proposals providers will request the number of points they think reasonable for their contributions. By accepting such proposals you will be STARTING AN AGREEMENT in the usual way in Bioecon and you will need to declare the action once completed to release points to the provider and feedback.
5) Upon your first agreement in relation to your project the system will create a common WORKROOM. If more people get involved in your project later that workroom will be common to all while they are performing tasks.
