We’re doing something in the Uk that is an operating system for a destination…such as a town or city centre. It creates a sort of community heart and soul…and wraps information around it so that it has a mind also. It uses data to make the market more efficient and incentivises positive behaviour like eating healthier foods, not negative behaviour like greed or using the automobile when public transport could do the job instead. It’s basically a loyalty card for an entire town or city.

our pilot begins with http://www.wiganplus.com.

Would love your/your readers views on how we could make it better.

thanks, @mikeriddell62
