What does that mean? What is “a relation”? Is there a generic, abstract relation? I think relations are particular and I think establishing some particular is the objective, even if that particular isn’t obvious to outsiders.

It seems that again and again Robinson’s implied definitions of object-oriented arbitrarily exclude obvious alternative possibilities.

This doesn’t seem like a serious analysis.
