I have to say that I do not agree with what you say.

TIMEREPUBLIK gives 5 hours to every new member just for one reason: if you do not provide a minimum level of “liquidity” how can users be able to share their skills if they do not have time to offer? Our personal experience is quite the opposite. You’ll be amazed to see how many people are responding to help requests.

Secondly “As far as I can tell, none of these is working well”. Have you ever tried the new TIMEREPUBLIK?
