“The Art of Hosting is a successful body of techniques used by a growing number of groups – from businesses to the governments of the European Union – to explore issues deeply and create meaningful solutions. This video is one in a series that shows the techniques in action, along with interviews with leading practitioners of the Art of Hosting.”

  1. Alain Ambrosi Says:

that’s very important to signal these techniques and see how they are central in the commoning practices and processes.
At the Berlin ECC side event on Culture and Communication in MAy this year we asked Samantha Slade and Yves Otis from Montreal who are using these techniques.
See a short report on this www.percolab.com/2013/06/how-do-we-communicate-about-the-commons/
More recently we had in October a Art of Hosting encounter in Montreal. On this occasion along with Samantha Slade I had the opportunity to interview Toke Moeller on his vision of the commons movement and the relationship with the Art of Hosting. The video produced by Communautique will be releleased soon.
