It’s purpose must be to change the world for the better. it should only be issued for change that makes the world a better place.

And it should be issued by reference to time since that is a measure which is universally understood.

But how to produce the incentives, without incurring any costs. That’s where we need a peer to peer trading platform that allows one mans trash to become another man’s treasure.

This system is being built to prove reputations so i’m not sure i agree with Mr Salfield’s comments. Reputation equals brand and your brand value gives you spending power. Once it’s measurable i suspect it will be more valuable and therefore more in demand and that’s all a currency really is – stored energy to get a job done affordably.
