    Although I agree that we should set up a motivation system to reward long-term goals, Edgar’s assumption, that money is the best motivator for short-term goal acquisition, is wrong. This has been proven time and time again, and is best explained recently by Dan Pink. (check out Dan’s TED or RSAnimate for more.)
