I found the way you introducted a people-centric-web as silo-buster very thought provoking. It challenged my view of the people-centric-web 'as being place-orientated' An Eco-system of intrigued individuals attracted to a supportive, peer-governed, place to express themselves. In this world, I see data remaining static (vs your data-atoms in flow); with the citizens being able to express themselves more lucidly and freely.
