“This declaration was sent by Michael Gurstein to my arch econ list where he has been a guest member since 2010. I mistakenly thought that it has been jointly written by Michael and by Jeff Sterling. Consequently I told MG that I would endorse it. I find out now that i was mistaken on several accounts. Something similar to this but technically more correct does need to be written and shared with president Rouseff of Brazil. However of me and many others in arch econ believe this is NOT the document that fills the need as shown by the 150 comments that it generated between december 24 and 26th. For me and i think for most of MY list members the CONTEXT was lacking. I remember asking a good friend– BTW where *is* that declaration that is up for endorsement.”
